2015年12月31日，黑龙江火山鸣泉足球俱乐部（Heilongjiang Lava SpringFootball Club）正式成立，由香港骏豪控股成员企业黑龙江火山鸣泉绿色天然矿泉水有限公司100%控股。
On December 31, 2015, Heilongjiang Lava Spring Football Club is founded, and totally controlled by the member enterprise of Smart-hero (HK) - Heilongjiang Lava Spring Green Natural Mineral Water Co., Ltd.
这是继哈尔滨兰格足球俱乐部、哈尔滨协力足球俱乐部、哈尔滨国力足球俱乐部和哈尔滨毅腾足球俱乐部之后，黑龙江省第五支职业足球俱乐部，也是黑龙江足球史上第二支由本省企业控股的职业足球俱乐部。球队主场设于哈尔滨国际会展中心体育场，现为中国最北端的职业足球俱乐部主场。
It is the fifth professional football club in Heilongjiang Province after Haerbin Lange Football Club, Haerbin Xieli Football Club, Haerbin Guoli Football Club and Haerbin Yiteng Football Club, also the second professional football club controlled by the local province in the Heilongjiang football history. 2016年1月23日，黑龙江火山鸣泉足球俱乐部与前中超传奇外援、保加利亚前国脚、曾效力于大连实德多年的球队灵魂人物佐兰·扬科维奇（Zoran Janković）正式签约，扬科维奇将作为黑龙江火山鸣泉足球队主教练带领球队征战新赛季中国足球乙级联赛。
On January 23, 2016, Heilongjiang Lava Spring Football Club formally signed on Zoran Janković, who is the former legendary aid of Chinese Super League, former Bulgaria national foot, worked for Dalian Shide for many years and the soul of the team. 2016年2月28日，黑龙江火山鸣泉足球俱乐部在哈尔滨召开新闻发布会暨首届球迷见面会，提出2016赛季目标及3到5年发展规划，此外还发布了球队队徽、队服等设计形象。
